HOW TO BOOK

1. Place Your Deposit: Secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit, which will go towards the total cost of your tattoo.

2. Receive a Follow-Up: We’ll reach out via email or text to finalize your appointment date and time.

3. Schedule Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation and reminders for your scheduled appointment.

4. Prepare for Your Session: Once confirmed, we will email you all the details you need on how to prepare for your upcoming tattoo appointment!

Main Tattoo Prices:

Early Bird Special: A limited number of appointments scheduled each day will qualify for a $50 discount. The discount is available for those who book early. It is applied on the day of your tattoo appointment.

A tattoo flash event is a special event where pre-designed tattoo artwork, known as “flash,” is available to choose from. These designs are created specifically for the event, allowing clients to select a design on the spot and get tattooed by professional artists.

2. How do I book an appointment for the flash event?

3. Are walk-ins welcome, or do I need to schedule ahead of time?

Walk-ins are welcome at most flash events, but booking ahead is recommended to guarantee your spot, as appointments can fill up quickly.

4. How much do tattoos at the flash event cost?

5. Is there a minimum age requirement for getting tattooed at the event?

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed, even with parental consent, as this is a legal requirement.

6. What types of designs are available at the flash event?

The designs offered include a variety of themes, styles, and sizes. Each event may have a specific theme, but there’s something for everyone.

7. Are the designs customizable, or are the pre-made?

Flash tattoos are typically pre-made to allow for quick and efficient tattooing. However, minor adjustments like color choices may be possible—just ask your artist at the event.

8. Is the deposit required to book an appointment?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.

9. How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?

You are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and complete any necessary paperwork. Showing up right on time, is just as fine.

10. Is parking available at the event location?

Parking availability depends on the venue. Check the event's detail page for more information. If the information is not available please contact the venue directly.

11. What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring a valid photo ID, comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the potential tattoo area, and a snack incase you get hungry.

12. Are all tattoos done in color or black and grey?

Most designs are available in both color and black and gray. Usually color is available for a additional charge. Let your artist know your preference or interests when you arrive. They can help you decide what looks best for your tattoo.

13. What happens if I arrive late?

If you’re running late, please contact us or the venue as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but lateness may result in a shortened or rescheduled session, depending on availability.

14. How long will each tattoo session take?

The time varies depending on the design’s size and complexity but typically for our events, we reserve a minimum of 3 hours per tattoo appointment.

15. Do you offer aftercare instructions?

16. What are payment methods accepted?

We accept cash, debit, and most major credit cards. 

17. Can I request a specific artist at the event?

If a specific artist is available and has open slots, you can request them. However, availability may be limited due to event demand.

18. Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

You’re welcome to bring a friend for support, but please keep in mind that space is limited, and some areas may restrict extra guests for safety reasons.

19. Are there any restrictions?

Certain placements may be unavailable at flash events. Check with our artists for advice on the best placement for your chosen design.

20. Is there anything I should avoid doing before my appointment? (e.g., drinking alcohol, sun exposure, etc.)

Avoid drinking alcohol, tanning, or extensive sun exposure before your appointment, as these can affect your skin and the tattooing process.

21. What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

Let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies or skin sensitivities. Our artists use hypoallergenic materials whenever possible and will work with you to ensure a safe experience.

22. Is there an option for financing or payment plans?

23. Will there be follow-up appointment, if needed?

Flash tattoos are generally completed in one session. However, if you need a touch-up, contact us after healing, and we’ll provide further guidance.

24. How do I prepare for my tattoo session?

Get a good night’s sleep, stay hydrated, and eat a meal before your appointment to ensure you’re comfortable and ready for your session.

25. What is the process for checking in once I arrive?

Upon arrival, head to the check-in area. Our team will guide you through paperwork, payment (if needed), and introduce you to your artist for the session.
